Get Started Today
We welcome players of all skill levels, from complete beginners to elite athletes. Our programs are open to anyone aged 7 and up, and we have classes and teams to support every stage of development — from fundamentals to state representation.
We currently run programs at two key locations in Sydney:

Port Hacking High School (Sutherland Shire)
Additional locations may be added in the future as we continue to grow.
Bossley Bears runs 7 days a week, including a mix of training sessions, classes, and competitions. Each program has its own schedule, so please check the timetable for your specific location when registering or making an inquiry.

For classes: We recommend starting with our Fundamentals class. Our coaches will assess your skills and let you know if you’re ready to move into a more advanced group. You’re also welcome to ask about trying a higher-level class.

For teams: Team placements are determined by trials, which are announced prior to each competition season.
Yes. All members must first pay an annual membership fee, which includes insurance through Volleyball NSW (valid from April 1 to March 31 each year).
Each class or program also has its own individual cost, which varies depending on duration and level.

No — all players must register online before attending a class or session.
However, we do offer a one-class trial, which can be arranged by contacting us through our Contact page.
Not at all! We love introducing new players to the sport. Our beginner programs are designed to teach the fundamentals in a supportive and fun environment — no experience necessary.
